Quick Hamburger Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 lb. ground beef
    1 small chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    mushroom soup
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, onion, salt and pepper together.
    Shape in oblong patties.
    Brown well on both sides in a little shortening. Drain, if you desire.
    Then pour one or two cans mushroom soup over beef patties.
    Put in oven and bake approximately 30 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0 until soup taste is all through meat.
    This is good to serve with rice or potatoes.
