Fresh Peach Crumb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
1/4 tsp. salt
8 to 10 medium peaches, peeled and sliced
1 (9-inch) pie crust

Preparation

Combine dry ingredients and mix with peaches.
Let stand for 15 minutes.
Line pie pan with pastry.
Fill with peach mixture.
