Lime-Cucumber Salad Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
3/4 c. hot water
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 c. sour cream or 1 c. mayonnaise or half c. of each
1 c. chopped cucumbers

Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
Add lemon juice.
Chill until partially set.
Fold in rest of ingredients.
Pour into 1 large or 6 small molds and chill until firm.
