Rotini Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. pkg. rotini macaroni, cooked, drained and cooled
3 carrots, grated
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
8 oz. grated cheese (Mozzarella or Cheddar)
1 pkg. frozen peas (just thawed, not cooked)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix salad ingredients all together.
Mix the dressing ingredients together and pour over the rest.
Mix all together. Make this salad several days before serving so that the flavors blend.
This recipe makes a lot.
