Senator Gramm'S Award Winning Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. meat (part ground and part cut into sugar cube size)
    1 small onion, minced or 1 heaping Tbsp. dehydrated onion
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    2 (8 oz.) cans water
    4 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 to 2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. paprika (optional)
    1 Tbsp. ground cumin (optional)
    1/2 to 1 tsp. red pepper (optional)
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Brown the meat and onion and drain, if necessary. Add the tomato sauce, water, chili powder, salt, paprika, ground cumin, red pepper, garlic and 2 to 3 tablespoons flour.
    Cook 1 to 2 hours.
    Add 2 to 3 tablespoons flour.
    Cook 15 minutes.
