Sourdough Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. Wesson oil
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 tsp. baking powder
    6 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    In a cup of water dissolve 2 packages of dry yeast plus 1 tablespoon of sugar; let dry yeast work until it doubles.
    Mix well and place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours before you start pinching off the amount you want to cook.
    Keeps very good for 2 weeks.
