Sauteed Parsley - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch parsley, well washed
2 tsp. butter, melted
1 Tbsp. rich broth
Preparation

Remove the heavy main stems from parsley, but leave tiny branch stems attached to the leaves.
Stir broth into melted butter, then add parsley and stir to coat.
Cover and cook over medium to medium-low heat (4 to 5 minutes).
Take care not to cook too long or parsley will become wilted.
Serve.
