Mini Pizza Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground chuck
    6 oz. tomato paste
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
    10 oz. refrigerated biscuits, cut in fourths
    3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown and drain beef.
    Stir in tomato paste, onion and seasonings.
    Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Place biscuits in a greased 1 to 2-inch muffin tin, pressing to cover bottom and sides.
    Spoon meat mixture into biscuit lined cups and sprinkle with cheese.
    Garnish with a piece of green pepper. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
    Yields 48 mini pizza cups.
