Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cranberries
2 c. sugar
2 small pkg. lemon jello
1 c. boiling water
juice of 1 orange and juice of pineapple to make 1 c.
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. walnuts
small can crushed pineapple
1 chopped orange
Preparation
-
Chop cranberries.
Mix with sugar and set aside overnight. Mix jello, boiling water and juices.
Let thicken.
Add cranberries, pineapple, orange, celery and nuts.
Chill until firm.
