Michele Swank'S Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. mashed ripe bananas
1 1/4 c. sifted cake flour
3/4 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream the shortening and sugar until light.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Stir in bananas.
Mix together dry ingredients.
Add to banana mixture.
Mix until well blended. Pour into a greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cut into squares.
