Breakfast Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) deep dish pie crust
    1/2 lb. ground sausage and turkey
    3/4 c. skim milk
    1/4 tsp. cornstarch
    8 oz. grated low-fat cheese
    3 eggs or Egg Beaters
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown sausage and turkey and drain well.
    Beat eggs, milk, cornstarch, salt and pepper.
    Add meat.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Add cheese; pat down with spoon.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until done to touch.
