Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cooked pinto beans, mashed
    1 stick melted butter
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Looks and tastes like pecan pie.
