Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. frozen lemonade, thawed
1 1/2 c. sifted Martha White self-rising flour
1/4 tsp. soda
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Cream butter and sugar together until light.
Add egg and beat well.
Add dry ingredients alternately with lemonade, beginning and ending with dry ingredients.
Mix until well blended.
Drop by teaspoonful on lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until lightly browned.
Cool slightly before removing from baking sheet.
Makes about 30 cookies.
