Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. hot milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. margarine
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 beaten egg
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients and shape into small balls.
Heat 2 1/2 cups of bouillon to boiling point.
Drop balls into broth; cover and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.
