Crullers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. potatoes, mashed
2 Tbsp. shortening
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Mix mashed potatoes, shortening, milk, sugar and eggs until creamy.
Add flour and baking powder to mixture.
With floured hand, roll a tablespoon of dough 4-inches long.
Drop into hot oil until lite brown, turning once.
Drain on brown paper bag.
Roll into powdered sugar.
