German Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
4 c. thinly sliced apples
1 c. walnuts
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. salad oil
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift together flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
Add sugar and set aside.
Beat eggs; then beat in oil and vanilla. Add flour mixture; then apple slices and nuts.
(Mixture will be thick.)
Spread in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
