Eclair Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box graham crackers
2 French vanilla instant pudding, 3.5 oz.
1 1/2 c. sweet milk
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 can Chocolate frosting
Preparation

In a 9 x 13 pan or dish, layer graham crackers. Mix pudding and sweet milk. Beat with hands or mixer until thick. Fold in cool whip and mix well. Pour over crackers in pan. Holding crackers in hand cover with chocolate frosting. The place on top of pudding mix until all is covered. Chill over night
