Lime Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
    1/2 c. low sodium soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of red pepper
    1/4 c. lime juice
    1/4 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix together soy sauce, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, mustard and pepper.
    Place chicken in a bowl and pour over all.
    Cover and marinate 30 minutes or more.
    Remove chicken from marinade.
    Spray frypan with butter flavored cooking spray and heat to medium temperature.
    Add chicken and cook for 6 to 7 minutes on each side or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease.
    Lid can be placed over frying pan part of the time.
    Yields 4 servings.
