Pork Chops Special - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 pork chops
    4 medium potatoes, cut in chunks
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 qt. canned tomatoes
    oil (to fry)
Preparation
    Tenderize pork chops; salt, pepper and flour them.
    Fry along with potatoes and onions until they are brown.
    Drain oil.
    Pour tomatoes and juice over ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Add a little water, if necessary.
