Cheese Spread(Lo-Cal) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened (light)
1/4 c. oleo
1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
1/2 Tbsp. capers, drained
3/4 Tbsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and oleo until light.
Stir in remaining ingredients until blended.
Serve at room temperature.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
