Country Sausage And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. smoked sausage
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 1/2 c. hot water
    1 large onion
    1 pkg. au gratin potatoes
    4 carrots, cut in strips
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cook sausage and onion until browned.
    Stir in potatoes, sauce mix and water.
    Heat to boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
    Stir in carrots; cover and simmer 10 more minutes. Stir in broccoli and cheese.
    Cover and cook 5 to 10 more minutes until broccoli is heated and cheese is melted.
