Jalapeno Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
2 1/4 c. milk
3 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. cooking oil
3 c. corn bread mix
1 large onion, grated
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 tsp. baking powder
1 (6 oz.) can jalapeno peppers, chopped
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients together.
Add eggs, milk and cooking oil.
Stir in onion, cheese and peppers.
Bake at 450\u00b0 in a greased jelly roll pan.
Remove from oven when nicely browned and tests done with a toothpick.
Cut in squares.
Serves 8 to 10.
