Ingredients

1 c. crushed nuts (pecans)
1 stick butter, softened
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese (soft)
1 c. 10x sugar
1/3 large container Cool Whip (16 oz.)
3 oz. box chocolate pudding
1 c. flour
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding
3 c. milk

Preparation

Use 9 x 13-inch Pyrex glass baking dish.
