Make-Ahead Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. (9 large) potatoes
    1 pt. sour cream
    6 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Peel potatoes; cook in salted, boiling water.
    Mash until smooth.
    Add rest of ingredients and beat until light and fluffy. Place in greased casserole; dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
