Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, separated
    grated rind and juice of 1 or 2 lemons
    1 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Mix in order given, folding in beaten egg whites last.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 400\u00b0.
    Reduce heat to 375\u00b0 and bake 40 minutes.
