Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. croutons
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic salt or powder
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 cans mushroom or beef gravy
Preparation

Mix croutons and milk.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Mash until smooth.
Add to meat.
Add rest of ingredients except gravy.
Mix well.
Shape into small meat balls.
Place in single layer in shallow pan.
Pour gravy over meat balls.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
I use Heinz gravy.
