Fish Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish or scallops
    1/2 chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. pimento
    1 carrot, chopped
    garlic powder
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    3/4 c. biscuit mix or RecipEase
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Pour over fish.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
