Linguini In Peanut Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. linguini
    1/2 c. hot water
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. red wine vinegar
    2 scallions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. sugar
    red pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook linguini according to package directions; drain.
    In separate bowl, combine hot water and peanut butter.
    Stir in soy sauce, vinegar, scallions, garlic, sugar and red pepper; mix well. Combine drained pasta with sauce; toss well.
    Serve hot or at room temperature.
