Paradise Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. lemon jello
14 large marshmallows
1 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 c. water
1 c. pineapple juice (from 1 small can with enough water to make 1 c.)
1 c. whipped cream
Preparation

To jello, add 1 cup water and let come to a boil.
Melt marshmallows in this.
Add pineapple juice, crushed pineapple, cheese and pecans.
Let congeal until thick, stirring occasionally.
When thick and cold, fold in whipped cream.
Stir. Let become set in refrigerator and unmold.
