Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 grated onion
    1 stalk celery, diced
    1/4 head shredded cabbage
    1 grated carrot
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 1/2 c. (1 lb.) hash browns
    3 cans chicken broth
    2 cans water
    1 pkg. browned sausage links
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook onion, celery, cabbage and carrot in butter for 10 minutes.
    Add the hash browns, broth, water and sausage (cut up); cook until vegetables are done.
