Potato Deluxe - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 c. diced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 stick melted margarine or butter
8 oz. grated mild Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix together in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread 1 cup crushed cornflakes over all.
Bake as hash browns at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
