Warm Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
1 egg
salt and pepper
6 to 8 strips bacon, fried crisp
bacon grease
lettuce, chopped

Preparation

Mix sugar, vinegar, egg, salt and pepper.
Add to hot bacon grease and heat to boiling.
Cook 1 minute.
Pour warm dressing over lettuce.
Sprinkle bacon bits over lettuce.
