Cracker Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up
    3 c. fine cracker crumbs
    flour (seasoned to taste)
    oil (for cooking, very hot)
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine milk and eggs and mix well.
    Roll chicken in flour mixture; dip in egg batter.
    Roll in cracker crumbs.
    Cook until brown; reduce heat.
    Cover and cook 30 to 45 minutes longer. Remove lid; turn heat back up to crisp.
