Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 stick margarine, melted
1 can water chestnuts
3/4 tsp. poppy seed
Preparation

Line casserole with chicken; add water chestnuts over chicken. Mix sour cream and soup.
Spread over chicken and chestnuts. Melt margarine and put cracker crumbs and poppy seed into melted margarine.
Spread over top of casserole.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
