Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 16-oz. bag frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 4-oz. jar chopped pimento
1 2-oz. can French fried onion rings
Preparation

Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 of the cheese, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 of the onion rings.
Place in 2 qt. casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onion rings and bake for 5 minutes more.
5 to 6 servings.
