Sally'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. white potatoes
    1 doz. hard-cooked eggs, diced
    5 large cucumbers, diced
    1 small can pimentos, diced
    6 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 large bunch celery
    1 c. onion, diced
    1 1/2 c. sweet pickles, diced
    3 3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender.
    Cool.
    Peel and dice.
    Remove strings from celery; dice and add to potatoes.
    Add all other ingredients and fold in mayonnaise to let stand an hour or so before serving.
    Serves 50.
