Crustless Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
10 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 lb. Jack cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lb. large curd cottage cheese
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Melt margarine.
Beat eggs until fluffy and add the flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, melted butter and half the cheese.*
Place in greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and continue to bake for 35 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
