Ingredients

2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. hickory salt
1 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix well.
Cut 2 lbs. lean beef into thin strips, cutting off all fat.
Put in bowl and add salt mixture.
After 1/2 to 1 hour, stir again.
Lay strips on wire rack as close as possible.
Put in 150 oven overnight.
Leave oven door slightly open for an hour.
