Bess Truman'S Ozark Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. raw apples
1/8 Tbsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Beat egg and sugar for considerable time until it is very smooth.
Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
Add sugar and egg mixture. Add nuts, apples and vanilla.
Bake in buttered pie pan in medium oven at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
