Fancy Short Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. beef short ribs
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. ketchup
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme leaves, crushed
1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Coat short ribs
with flour.
Cook in oil until browned on all sides.
Add
2
cups water and remaining ingredients to meat. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
