Hamburger Stroganoff(For The Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. golden cream mushroom soup
1 c. (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1/4 c. catsup
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation

Crumble ground beef into 2-quart casserole.
Cover.
Microwave at High 4 to 5 minutes or until meat losses pink color.
Stir after 2 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients except sour cream; mix well.
Cover.
Microwave at High 4 to 6 minutes.
Stir after 3 minutes.
Blend in sour cream.
Microwave at High 1 1/2 to 3 minutes, stirring once.
Serve over noodles, stirring once. Serves 4 to 6.
