Fruity Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped almonds
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. almond extract
2 c. ripe chopped bananas
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Mix and sift first five ingredients.
Stir in almonds.
Beat eggs slightly.
Combine oil, almond extract, bananas and undrained pineapple.
Add to dry ingredients.
Mix thoroughly but do not beat.
Spoon into well-oiled 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 to 28 minutes.
Cool 10 to 15 minutes before turning out of pan.
If you use nuts other than almonds, use the same type extract.
