French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. wheat germ
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    4 pieces cracked wheat bread
Preparation
    In small bowl, beat eggs; then stir in wheat germ, water, vanilla and sugar.
    Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
    Dip each bread slice into egg mixture.
    Place in frying pan and cook until bread is brown on both sides.
    Serve with butter or syrup.
