Hot Carrots(Good To Add To Salad.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. fresh carrots, cut at angle
    2 sliced onions
    2 Tbsp. oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (12 or 13 oz.) can whole jalapeno peppers and juice
    1 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Cook carrots until tender; drain.
    Add jalapenos and juice, onions, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
    Chill at least 3 hours. Flavor peaks when thoroughly chilled.
    Jalapenos can be adjusted according to hotness desired.
