Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can whole kernel corn, cook and drain
    1 small jar pimento
    1 diced onion
    1 stick oleo
    1 bell pepper (small), diced
    salt and pepper
    1 c. warm milk
    1 lb. Velveeta or American cheese
Preparation
    Warm rice.
    Cook and drain corn.
    Drain pimento.
    Saute onion, oleo, bell pepper, salt and pepper.
