Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large onions, sliced
    1 small bunch celery, sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. water
    1 1/2 lb. browned pork steak
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 large can bean sprouts
    1 small can mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Bring first 4 ingredients to boil.
    Add pork and cook until vegetable are done.
    Add soy sauce, sugar, bean sprouts and mushrooms.
    Thicken mixture with flour dissolved in water.
    Serve over rice.
