Frozen Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, shredded
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 grated carrot
    1 green pepper, diced small
    1 c. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Sprinkle salt over cabbage and let stand 1 hour.
    Squeeze brim.
    Add carrot and green pepper.
    Boil together vinegar, sugar and celery seed for 1 minute.
    Cool completely.
    Mix cabbage mixture together with vinegar mixture.
    Can be frozen over and over and over again.
