Red Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head red cabbage, sliced
    2 slices bacon, chopped and fried
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 whole cloves
    1 apple, sliced thin
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Fry bacon in frypan. Add other ingredients.
    Steam in frypan for 1 1/2 hours, covered, on low heat. Add water, if necessary.
