Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 unbaked pie shells
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese
    6 eggs
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    6 slices bacon, crumbled
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of cayenne powder and nutmeg
    1 1/3 c. half and half
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Line pie shells with cheese and bacon.
    Beat eggs in bowl.
    Add other ingredients.
    Stir in cream and butter. Then pour mixture over cheese and bacon.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Lower temperature of oven to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes more, until quiche is bubbly and golden brown.
