Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chopped or sliced apples
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. sifted flour
1/3 c. butter
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Place apples in shallow baking dish, 6 x 10-inch. Sprinkle with mixture of water, cinnamon and salt. Work together until crumbly the sugar, flour and butter. Spread crumb mixture over apples. Bake, uncovered, about 40 minutes. Serve warm with plain or whipped cream. Serves 6.
